Coconut’s Fish Cafe has completed the build-out of its forthcoming Hawaiian eatery and will officially open its doors Monday, May 14 in South Park.
Founded in 2009 in Maui, Coconut’s Fish Cafe quickly grew in popularity thanks to an emphasis on fresh ingredients and expanded stateside in 2013 with a franchise in Scottsdale, Arizona. The fast casual eatery will feature a wide variety of seafood-focused tacos, sandwiches, salads, and bowls priced in the low teens that has proven to be a winner in each of its eight locations with positive Yelp reviews (4.5 for each restaurant) across the board. Menu highlights include grilled ono, a Hawaiian fish that translates as “good to eat”, served over brown rice and macadamia nut crusted mahi-mahi with a mango coconut sauce.
Coconut’s Fish Cafe will keep hours of 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. daily and offer patrons both delivery & pick-up options.
