Construction Underway At 213 Hospitality’s Upcoming Union Station Brewpub

The restored facade of the latest project from 213 Hospitality Union Station’s former Harvey House showed signs of activity this week as 213 Hospitality prepares to breathe new life into the space with a forthcoming restaurant and bar. While papered windows precluded a proper viewing of the ongoings at the site, workers shuttled supplies through a momentarily open door that revealed the progress being made. First reported by Eater LA, 213 Hospitality has brought on chef David Lentz of The Hungry Cat, regarded for his mastery with seafood, and Varnish’s Eric Alperin to bring elevated craft cocktails into the mix. As construction remains in its preliminary stages, look for an early summer arrival in what should prove to be one of the bigger openings in 2018 for the Downtown LA food & drink scene.
