Josef Centeno’s Ledlow Gives Way To Additional Seating For P.Y.T.

Once famous for its oversized burgers, chef Josef Centeno’s Ledlow has closed for good. The casual all-day restaurant & bar on Main quietly transitioned into additional seating (during weekend service) for Centeno’s popular P.Y.T. at the end of December. Formerly known as Pete’s, Ledlow shrunk to 25 seats in September 2016 to make space for the arrival of P.Y.T., which has enjoyed success thanks to its vegetable-heavy menu with plenty of options that cater to carnivores including a burger during lunch. The back room inside the former Ledlow space will continue to be used for private events operated by Centeno’s Penny~Ante! catering arm. Elsewhere in the Josef Centeno Group, Orsa & Winston recently launched a weekend brunch that features Japanese and Italian-leaning dishes including tuna tonnato and satsuki rice porridge.
