Seoul Sausage will permanently shutter this weekend after nearly three years of welcoming diners in Little Tokyo. As first reported by Eater LA, the sausage and beer spot will close after Saturday service as owner brothers Yong and Ted Kim will look to transition into a delivery-centric operation utilizing a commercial kitchen near Downtown LA. The restaurant experimented with the menu earlier this year by prominently featuring fried chicken, but it appears the promotion wasn’t enough to keep the once-popular eatery in business. Little Tokyo, however, remains awash with activity with the recent opening of Kasih, which features traditional Indonesian cuisine, along with Saturday’s debut of East Coast based 10Below Ice Cream just around the corner.
