Construction continues on Paramount Coffee Project’s forthcoming ROW DTLA outpost with steady progress being made on the build-out of the restaurant’s interior.
There’s still plenty of work and detailing left to be done to bring the second Los Angeles iteration of the Sydney-born eatery to fruition, but a spring debut appears likely. According to ROW DTLA, the all-day coffee shop will be adding dinner and a wine program to its dining options and feature indoor & outdoor seating at its well-situated location just across from Rappahannock Oyster Bar, which is set to arrive in April. As previously reported by Eater LA, the food program for both the ROW DTLA and Fairfax locations will be overseen by chef Ria Dolly Barbosa, highly regarded for her previous stops in the kitchens of Go Get Em Tiger and Forage, among others.
DTLAer reached out to PCPDTLA and Barbosa to see if the team has locked down an official opening date for later this spring in the Industrial District, but so far hasn’t heard back.
