While the wait continues for Clayton’s Public House to pour its first pint at Spring Street Arcade, the buildout of Bitchin Kitchen & Guadalaharry’s Burrito Joint appears nearly complete. The multitiered, dual-concept establishment, which has no affiliation with celebrity chef Nadia G, features an open kitchen with a sit down bar housed in the upstairs portion of the space. Details about the menus remain scarce, but expect Mexican on one side and fast casual fare on the other when the restaurants comes online later this year. Spring Street Arcade has been a hotbed of activity in recent months with the sudden closure of Mission Market and impending arrival of Rice Box LA.
